Beautifully situated on a private estate on the edge of Killarney National Park, our luxury four-star hotel is located just twenty minutes’ walk from Killarney town centre. The entrance to the hotel is framed by a tunnel of greenery which unfurls to reveal the beauty of this imposing manor house, constructed in 1877 and formerly home to the Herbert Family.

The Garden Wing is perfect for those who want a view of the natural landscape. Rooms in The Garden Wing have beautiful views of the grounds and scenery beyond.
The newest addition to our room collection is our fully restored Coach House, adjacent to the Manor House. Each room has been designed to pay homage to the native Kerry flora and fauna and the decor is inspired by the beautiful nature that surrounds us. Beautiful features such as claw foot baths, walk-in rain showers and handmade tiles add to your Coach House experience.

Herbert’s Brasserie delivers a relaxed yet elegant dining experience with seasonal, locally sourced dishes crafted by Head Chef Cormac Vesey. Our à la carte menu invites you to savour signature dishes at your own pace, whether for a leisurely dinner or a quick, refined meal. Perfect for celebrating special moments, we recommend reserving a table in advance to enjoy dining at its finest.
For a more casual experience, our Cellar Bar serves light bites from 1pm to 5pm and a hearty evening menu after 6pm. Whether you’re stopping by for a midday snack or enjoying a full dinner, the welcoming atmosphere makes it the perfect place to unwind. Walk-ins are always welcome!
