Our à la carte menu invites you to savour signature dishes at your own pace, whether for a leisurely dinner or a quick, refined meal. Perfect for celebrating special moments, we recommend reserving a table in advance to enjoy dining at its finest.
Herbert’s Brasserie serves dinner 5 nights a week from 6.00pm to 9.00 pm each evening, (closed Mondays and Tuesdays).
To avoid disappointment, we recommend that our guests and non-resident diners reserve a table in advance – due to popular demand.
The Surroundings
Herbert’s Restaurant epitomizes the style and grandeur of the original Cahernane House and commands beautiful views over the surrounding landscape.
Herbert’s Restaurant is complete with luxury furnishings, flooring and fittings. The beautiful Bushfield Interior curtains frame the stunning views over the Tomies and Purple Mountains.
The twinkling chandeliers are from Tara Crystal Chandeliers. The intricate wallpaper is from Lewis and Wood London and silver cutlery is from Robert Welch. The perfect surroundings and ambience to match an exquisite dining experience.
The Ambiance
The opulent setting doesn’t mean that Herbert’s Brasserie is overly formal or stuffy, the dress code is smart casual and service is warm and friendly.
